My rankings

1. UK
2. State
3. Mizzou
4. LSU
5. Vanderbilt
6. Auburn

Bonus thoughts:

Bad performances
Tennessee/Arkansas/Florida

Impressed
Georgia, Alabama, Tamu (slightly)

I think Bama and Georgia are revved up and ready for Atlanta. Everybody else will be on vacation during the SECCG

Not possible. Several teams have to reach 6 wins just by virtue of beating the other teams.

State is easily #1 in my book.

1. State
2. LSU
3. Mizzou
4. Kentucky (only because we expect it from them)
5. Auburn
6. Vandy (again, it is expected)

Between week 1 and week 2 is the hardest time of the entire year to rank, predict, prognosticate, etc. There's literally no way of knowing which performances will turn out to be outliers and which will eventually fit the norm.

USCe over UNC last year for example. Though no one knew it at the time, that was a massive outlier game for both teams.

A loss is a loss. But as far as impact, LSU was hurt far more than anyone else because they had more on the line to lose.

LSU. Wisconsin has 6 fricking 4 stars on their whole team. Our backups at any group were more highly ranked than that coming out of high school. How the holy frick can coaches frick up that much talent?

Kentucky's loss was the worst.

Mississippi State had the worst loss by far. The South Alabama program has only been in existence since 2009. This is only their 4th year as full FBS members. That was easily the worst loss and there really isn't a close second.

I have to agree with LSU Dad. The LSU loss was the worst. Wisconsin was unranked and great things were expected from LSU. Don't get me wrong...I suspect we will see big things from LSU the rest of the way. They still have a lot of talent. I feel like they took Wisconsin lightly, and read all the press clippings. Unfortunately for them, it probably cost them a chance at the playoffs. At the very least it made it a really, really tough proposition.

Ours was pretty bad but South Alabama has only had a football team since 2009 and ironically they've never beaten Kentucky (I think we may be one of the only other SEC teams they've played).

We were also only favored by 3 going into yesterday's game. Epic meltdown to a result that wasn't that much of a stretch.
