I'm suppose to be in a wedding on Oct 15th, this is the week of the Tennessee and Bama game. Would you go to the wedding or go to the game? I'm so mad!!!

Is it your wedding? If so, she's not the one.

Those people should know better. Go to the game and eliminate these people from your life.

Go to the wedding. You don't want to go to another arse kicking by Bama.

Go to the wedding. Don't wear earbuds. You might say something really shocking when the preacher asks, "If there is anyone who objects to these two getting married, speak now or forever hold your peace"

I'd try to go to game, claim you have Ebola or something and get out of it if your role isnt too important being there

Like i told an old girlfriend of mine when she got pissed i wouldnt turn off the tv in close game in the 4th qtr

She: " You love football more than me"
Me : "Sweetie ive known you 3 years, ive had football my whole life"

She didnt see it as funny as i did sadly, good luck sir!

I'd save yourself the trouble and go to the wedding. You'll be upset either way.

You haven't said whose wedding it is. If it's just a friend you go to the game without question.

This is a complete violation of the bro code. The groom should never have allowed it. You are in a tight spot sir. I had a family member get married the day of OM vs LSU where our undermanned team had a game winning field goal. I attended the service and the reception but watched the game at the reception, then left at half time and watched the rest at home.

So he's a good friend and this is tough because you don't want want to hurt the friendship.

But.

Dude.

He's getting married.

Your friendship is toast.

Might as well go to the game.

If you were more like the old guy in this story you wouldn't have to ask a stupid question on a message board.

=====================================================
Not the same thing but weddings are scheduled on purpose.

"A man had 50 yard line tickets for a LSU game.

As he sat down, he noticed that the seat next to him was empty.

He asked the man on the other side of the empty seat whether anyone was sitting there.

"No," the man replied, "The seat is empty."

"This is incredible," said the first man.

"Who in their right mind would have a seat like this for the LSU game, the biggest sporting event in the state and not use it?"

The second man replied, "Well, actually, the seat belongs to me. I was supposed to come with my wife, but she passed away. This will be the first LSU game we haven't attended together since we got married in 1967."

"Oh, I'm sorry to hear that. That's terrible. But couldn't you find someone else -- a friend or relative, or even a neighbor to take the seat?"

The man shook his head. "No, they're all at the funeral.""

He is not your friend go to the game. No friend sets up a wedding the same day as big game. Tell them that the divorce rate is 50% in this country and you will catch the next one

Go to the game bruh.

Anyone who schedules a wedding on a Saturday during football season deserves to have nobody show up to their wedding.

Just tell him that you are going to the Bama game and he should take the schedule into account the next time he gets married.

I'm sure he'll understand.

Hook up with his fiancee so they'll call off the wedding.

Problem solved.
