That is a lot of words about LSU. Thanks for thinking of us.

OP is being razorback stupid today, so I'm not surprised they're starting to oink their way in here. I thought the Ole Miss fans had more brains than this.

Since 1998, only 2002/2003 LSU lost 3 games by average of 17+ points and went on to win the national championship the next season. Nick Saban isn't walking back through that door.
Amazing how a team that got manhandled by 3 teams in its division the prior year is expected to compete for a national championship.

Who the hell is saying that? The yearly memo on LSU is that QB play is the area that needs the most improvement.

Unlike r-Kansas which is never expected to compete for a natty.

One team out of 18 seasons was able to do it and that was a team coached by Nick Saban. As I said, Nick Saban isn't walking back through that door.

All these stats are year 2 and 3.
If harris makes the same amount of improvement this year, hell still be under 55% in the sec and throw more interceptions.

I really can't argue with this statement, but eat shite anyway.

You can't argue that LSU is the favorite in the west unless you can make a damn good argument for improved QB play. A year of experience doesn't count.
LSU went 13-0 with Jarrett Lee and Jordan Jefferson, so I'm not sure what you're getting at here. We also went 11-2 in 2010 with an even worse version of those two. Plus I'll confidently say Harris is already better than both of those two

Then you need to take off your purple and yellow glasses. Because he isn't.

Even one year of SEC experience is huge. OP doesn't seem to realize this.

Was it for Stephen Rivers? Treon Harris? Brent Schaffer? Tyler Watts? Kyle Allen?
It isn't automatic like you people think it is. Can a QB improve in the off season? Absolutely. Is it an automatic for sure thing that is going to happen? Absolutely not.
Most QB that show improvement showed it in spurts in the previous year. Harris will still face the same challenges. I'd love to see his advanced stats for 3rd and medium. I bet they aren't good at all.

Wow that is a random obscure stat. Someone needs something else to do with their life.
