Ole Miss fans acting like all is good because this article doesn’t state Ole Miss was hiding baby corpses in the football facility or something outrageous like that.

Did Ole Miss do anything criminal or something totally immoral like it seems Baylor or Penn State did at some point? No; but as far as NCAA Rules they broke them, they did so systematically, more than one isolated school representatives was involved and most important the NCAA has proof. Ole Miss is fricked. I’ll say it again because some of you are a little slower than others: OLE MISS IS frickED.

You are full of shite. Ole miss needs to man the frick up and take their lick. I don't expect them to though. Bunch of frat figs. Ncaa will just bitch slap them and leave. Can't wait. That is all.

Whole thing summed up until the NCAA actually rules:

Ole Miss Fans - will not admit it is as bad as SEC fans think it is. feel they aren't going to be penalized harshly and you'll never convince them otherwise. They have a personal bias as they are fearful of what could happen and refuse to acknowledge that reality.

Everyone Else - thinks it is bad and Ole Miss gets hammered. you'll never convince them otherwise. They want that punishment to come to Ole Miss not out of any fear (get real, you're Ole Miss), but out of desire to watch the program get what said fans feel is justified punishment and troll Ole Miss fans over it.

everything else is just an exercise in entertainment until then

That's dangerous right there. And the fact that no one has been fired yet is strange. Why wouldn't Freeze get rid of guys on his staff that are specifically named multiple times in the NOA?

Charlie Strong sent Vaughn packing before the OM NOA was even released for public consumption.

Everyone is forgetting that we wrote our response in conjunction with the ncaa's assistance.

Makes one wonder why the text messages about Momma's power bill & rent payments were withheld until draft night?

Because that had nothing to do with Lindsey Miller. Those were screen shots from Tunsils old phone via a "runner" for an agent here in Jackson that thought he was going to represent Tunsil. When Tunsil learned more about the "runner" he swapped to CHF's agent. So in a true bitch move he sent that out which likely ended his career and definitely damaged the agent and his firm big-time.

Good for y'all, maybe since the NCAA assisted OM in preparing your response to them they will look favorably at your self imposed sanctions.

Yea but barely the article mainly focuses on him, basically what Im saying is that she honestly could care less about this whole situation because her son doesnt go to OM so playing time or sanctions on him will not be an issue and he is gonna take care of her for the rest of her life, but I would love to hear her go more in depth about it but I don't thats gonna happen.

Let's go back to what the NCAA "thinks" happened vs what they can prove: On Will Redmond- the NCAA was told by Devinner Redmond got 6K. They never had proof. But they penalized us like he did. They are going to do the same with OM The NCAA is gonna drop the hammer on OM

Once again this was pre-USCw/Todd McNair. Also they had proof with bills of receipt, fair market value and coach caught in lies. So apples to oranges there buddy....keep trying though.

Can't tell if you're being sarcastic or not

When OM offered our self-imposed penalties, we didn't just create them out of thin air and pray the NCAA accepts them. They are based on prior precedents and NCAA guidance. Not random

I am the last person on earth to give Finebaum any credibility as his rep as a master troll is known to everyone. But at the end of the segment on O.Miss today, after talking to a writer from Jackson...I think...he said, very firmly "I am not one to spread rumors but I am hearing that there is yet another major announcement to come out in time. " He also said that Black Bear fans are "perhaps" being lulled into a sense of false security by the local media in the state who keep making light of all this.

And the article also says "independent experts consider the scope of the allegations severe"....

Outside lawyers and independent experts speaking to Pete Thamel as part of an SI article are solid.
