I need reconmendations on what to do on a Tuesday night and Wednesday during the day. Food reconmendations are welcomed as well.

Where are you staying? Any food/drink preferences?

Clinton Library.
Hike Pinnacle Mountain (10 minutes west of town) if the weather is nice.

Bring a pipe and some quality bud; make frequent stops.

Downtown LR is pretty cool. Lots of restaurants and shops. South On Main is great restaurant. The riverfront trail is gorgeous.

Downtown LR is pretty fun depending on what you want to do. Some good suggestions in this thread.
Dinner - Samantha's Tap Room, South on Main, or Capitol Bar and Grill (go get a drink there if you don't eat there).
Arkansas Travelers (AA team for the Angels) is a good time.
Wednesday morning rent a bike at Bobbys Bike Hike and ride the river trail. Clinton Library is right on the trail. Eat at Gus's Fried Chicken or if you are a beer lover go to Lost 40. It's in a rough looking area but great food and beer.

Calzone at Vino's is pretty good. Go the "The Box" for a great burger. Flying Fish in the river market is always nice.

I'll just assume Downtown LR:
Restaurants:
The Root Cafe breakfast or lunch only
Raduno
South on Main - check their schedule to see if they're having a show Tuesday night
Three Fold Noodles and Dumplings
At the Corner
Bruno's Little Italy
Sonny Williams Steakhouse
Capital Bar & Grill
For a brewery, check out Lost 40 (there are actually 2-3 breweries in the same area) and Flyway (in NLR right across the river).

Rebel Kettle Brewing is right across the street from Lost 40. Nice place.

Rebel Kettle and Lost 40 are both great if you're into local beers. As someone else said, both are super easy to visit at the same time.
Foodwise: Gus's Fried Chicken, Capital Bar, Heights Tacos and Tamales, Local Lime, South on Main, the Root are all solid. For lunch: Three Fold Dumpling is awesome as is Southern Gourmasian.
Coffee: Mylo is really good. In a cool area as well.
