It's possible, he was damn near still a lottery pick even with the injury

Bryce to the Kings for summer league. Harper should land somewhere today. Hope he atleast gets a two way deal.

Harpers numbers could of been sick next year. Now he'll be playing in Turkey or Europe

And he would have just delayed a year of pay in Europe. There was no reason for him to come back

For sure. Coming back wouldn’t make him taller. His stock was as high as it was going to be.

Coby White will be a bust, I wasn't impressed with him and he was underwhelming every time I saw them play. There's a reason Nassir Little dropped so far too after being a top 5 recruit

He could of been then best pg in the country or at least in talks. He played at a very high level in spurts but went missing occasionally. No doubt in my mind he could of averaged 20ppg and 6assist next year.

A lot of very good college basketball players don’t get drafted. There was no point in him coming back

Yeah he will. Harper was a better player than White and schooled him several times. Little was supposedly sick so I didn’t really get to see him play to his potential.

As for wishing Harper came back, there was no point in Derrick Brown returning either but he did it anyway. There is nothing wrong with wishing he came back.

Derrick Brown can build onto his legacy. Harper could’ve done the same. Harper had to be within reach of some team records. In my opinion Bryce Brown is a slam dunk to get his jersey retired, Harper may not be.

Hell yeah, a couple of pre draft articles suggested that as well.

4 years player who was a leader on our first Final Four team. Owns the school 3 pt record by over 100 and 2nd in SEC history. Top 10 in career points at Auburn

Derrick Brown is 6'5 325 and will be drafted regardless. He can improve his stock.

Jared isn't getting any taller, that's the only improvement he needs. Go get paid.

As long as you're getting paid to do something you would do for free, you won. No matter where in the world it is.

I get it “go get the dough.” But if it requires a lifestyle adjustment such as moving to a new country, and if the dough isn’t actually millions, I think he could justify staying.

The overseas jobs will still be there if he waited an extra year. NBA D league crowds aren’t going to treat his team like rockstars the way that Auburn Arena did. And there is always going to be a veteran insecure of the new guy trying to make his way first. Instead of going through all of that, he could’ve still been enjoying college, breaking records, and building his case as an all time Auburn great.

There is always the risk of injury and/or dip in production. From what I heard he was already possibly top 15.

Hell yeah, and he may not end up a millionaire (maybe though depending on the league if he ends a up a star player there), but he would still be making more than most college recent college grads and he will get be getting paid to travel overseas and see new and exciting places. I'd take that all day everyday, normal Americans have to pay out the arse to visit the places he'll be living and seeing

I am against the entire concept of retiring jerseys in any sport.. Prefer a ring of honor with their names.

I'm good with that.

Speaking of which, have we chiseled off Person's name?
