I can't wait to see what shenanigans he will get into in Decatur this off season.

He was really good for the Cowboys last year when he played. If he can just stop getting himself into shite off the field he'll be just fine.

Is that what you wanted to hear?

I mean yeah he was a bust, but not "giant". Geez, you'd think the Bama fans would give the thug a break

AFAIK he refuses to set foot in Decatur. Won't even go into the city to pick up his daughter, but instead picks her up outside of town.

Smart move IMO. Grew up in Decatur, don't blame him.

He was definitely a draft bust at some point.

I am glad to see he got his shite together.

on a related note, giant bust mark barron is going to clean up in free agency after a switch to outside linebacker in 2015

Could it be that being successful is largely based on scheme? Who would have thunk it

He was never a bust, he was just a headcase. Nobody -- at least nobody who wasn't either an idiot or a troll -- questioned his ability. He just made a lot of highly questionable decisions. It's good to see he appears to have worked through his issues.

I'd consider anybody who "retires" by age 25 to be a draft bust but that doesn't mean he wasn't talented. I'm glad he has turned himself around. Stay away from Decatur and anybody from Decatur and he should be fine. Also stay away from whoever lit his house on fire.

Don't bring rationale and logic into the conversation. All the LSU fans need to post about how great their players are in the NFL and not about how many times they lost to Bama when they were in college.

???
What about the guys that retired early cause of CTE/concussions and thinking about their futures. They aren't busts to me.

I guess "bust" isn't the right word.. but if I use a first round draft pick on a 21-22 year old and he is out of the league by 25, I'd consider it a bad pick especially if their career is full of suspensions and drama (such as McClain's).
