Its really not so cut and dry and its pretty weak to just automatically assume his mooning defense is 100% correct when the guy he claims to have mooned flat out denies Manning's version of the events. On top of that, the only recollection he had of her having a vulgar mouth at any time was again completely denied by the other witnesses he placed there.

It was way more than that. Read the damn lawsuit, affidavits and the judges order. He basically calls manning a liar and a vindictive little frick. He went after her three separate times, and paid a settlement almost every time. He was incredibly stupid and arrogant. (Maybe his wonderlick score is in fact accurate.)
By the way, mooning someone is a grade a sex offense in Alabama, just like public urination. Conviction will get u on sex offender list. Crazy as hell but still the law in this backward arse state.

Public urination in AL does not automatically put you on any sex offender list. Just FYI. I'm sure it can if you did it in front of a school or public park or something shite, but its not automatic.

This is nothing more than an attempt by Shaun King of Black Lives Matter ( who is not a black guy) to show the double standard against black QB's because of the criticism of Cam Newton. It's political more than anything else. This lawsuit was not unknown....it was not widely publicized, though.

Actually, many of the details about Rollo and the UTAD were not known.
All of this is current news because Manning is mentioned in the new Title IX lawsuit against Tennessee.
