Speculation . . . negative campaigning perhaps hurt us with Luafa?

I'm praying my check to Terrell Hall didn't bounce like the others apparently did. I'm clearly still just an amateur bagman =\

GTFO. Hilton was an absolute animal this year and Elston probably caused brain damage to numerous opposing players. CJ sucks at linebacker, they just wAnted him to play. Stop with Hilton and Elston sucking this year. ESPECIALLY Hilton

New strategy: recruit Mississippi D-linemen only if they're early enrollees.

Watch the Alabama, Memphis, Florida, and Arkansas games when we couldn't defend the pass. I thought Hilton and Elston were both better the year before.

That's the other thing. I'm happy Cousin Eddie's job is apparently safe again, but does that mean we have to endure NSD sleeper cells basically until he's gone?

I didn't want to be this guy but man, I'm disappointed right now.

Hilton and Elston have always been ballers. No one's questioning that. Our secondary regressed this year, though, even though our D-line was better. Stats don't lie.

That wasn't their fault. They're safeties. They're back there for when receivers beat the corners. We got beat over the middle because our corners and LBs sucked. Safeties had nothing to do with it.

Today went to hell in a hand basket rather quickly

It was not a pretty close to recruiting season.

So '13 remains Freeze's only knockout NSD. Oh well. Back to the mantra of, "There's always next year."

Props to Matt Luke by the way, that guy had a hell of a recruiting season. The whole offensive staff did a great job and our offense is going to kill it for the next 4+ years. Defensively, we look really suspect at corner, linebacker and defensive end after next year. Outside of offensive tackle, those were our 3 biggest positions of need and we missed badly. Really excited about this class but I'd say it's clear our big party weekend was a bust and our defensive staff needs to get on the ball for recruiting for next year because we will lose a ton from the defense next year (Gross, DJ Jones, Fadol, Bridges, Conner, Youngblood, Caldwell) and more than likely will lose Haynes as well.
