We did not win signing day. We went 50/50 on closing this class. Grabbed Deontay, AJ, and Mathis. Lost Kongbo, Simmons, Shyheim. We kept one, Pennamon. We lost one, Luafatassaga.
We did however end up with one hell of a class.
#1 Quarterback
# 1 Wide Receivers / Tight End Corps
Top 5 OL
Great RB class
Good D-Line
Solid DB Class
Top Special Teams Class
LB just plain sucks. (No Offense Donta)
But Thank you Jesus for Shea, AJ, DK, Tre, Octavious, Gabe, Jacob, D'Vaughn, Jarrious, Greg, Bryce, Royce, Chandler, Jack, & Eli. I'm finished. Going to meet Tampa Reb at Mons Venus and talk about how nasty our offense is gonna be.

I'm sorry; but I absolutely refuse to melt when we have a top 5 class with 2 of the top 5 players. This class is going to be amazing and I think having the bulk of them locked up before signing day is a good thing.

I'm not fully melting over the class, but I'm extremely worried about our corners and linebackers now.

My feelings too. A Simmons or Kongbo or even a Carter would not have made or broken this class

We'll be fine at corner. We signed two. We have depth already for next year. We've never signed elite corners and have been fine.
Not sure what the plan is for linebackers next year, though.
