You should get some coffee to sober up and read about the recent SMU sanctions. That will get your attention.

should take from this is Mississippi State will be going on probation in the near future?
NCAA investigates recruit about his recruitment by Ole Miss, even though he signed and played at Mississippi State. So you are saying this kid had his hand out and was offered extra benefits but decided to turn that down and play for free? I mean I don't put a lot of stock in NCAA investigators, but even they might have a few follow up questions for MSU.
Happens all the time. Just ask Bo Scarborough. Took money from OM supposedly, and then gave it back. Signed with Bama. That's why he was suspended by Bama 4 games. Why there's a second investigation of OM. Saban was even quoted at the time that there was an issue with his recruitment but a different school.

So this is a fact? What is your proof?

So who game him the money, Freeze or Bjork?
So Saban is so powerful he made Bo give the money back and then he came and played for free at Bama.
Why would he be suspended for giving money back???

Was Friday's announcement that OM had been charged with five minor football violations
The OP is well known for doing nothing but trolling OM about this topic, but the fact is neither you nor the OP have no idea whether the allegations against OM football are minor or significant. The specific allegations have not been made public.

You know, I was hesitant to believe their (MSU posters) shite at first too, but they did call the NOA coming 3 days before anybody else knew about it and were all saying to look for the number 30 in relation to the allegations. Somebody in their little camp obviously knows something, just sayin.

Yeah , right, Bo took money from Ole Miss, then gave it back in a fit of conscience and then went over to Bama because they are so pure and ethical. I wonder if his mom got some sort of promotion like like Tent Richardson's did. Maybe got some affordable/favorable rent consideration on a 4 bdrm in a nice Tuscaloosa neighborhood.

Our administration is confident that they are. That's a pretty solid source.

You want me to post a list of administrations that said the same thing only to see their program slammed later?
Top of the list would be the one represented by the script A beside my user name. They may be relatively minor and you may still get slammed (see Bama textbooks). They may be major and you may skate (see Miami hookers-n-blow). That's the thing about the NCAA - the result and punishment is literally like shaking a Magic 8-ball. One thing is certain, you got a formal NOA some of the allegations in some sports are more than secondary violations. That alone is cause for some worry.

If threre are indeed only five football related violation, as everyone believes, we know what they are. Anyone hoping for institutional control issues or post season bans is just hoping. That much seems very clear at this point. It's not happening. Maybe Hugh freeze gets stuck with only 24 scholarships for a few years. He won't need to use them to wrest two stars away from north Texas and Akron at the zero hour. You all know that.
