There is a reason why affluent Moslem nations like Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and the Emirates don't want these people. They have ample resources, along with predominately the same language and religion. It's the logical place.

France has no choice to keep accepting immigrants by the boatload. Shrinking birth rates and a socio-economic policy that is dependent on population growth have left them in a bind.
And no, Kuwait and and Saudi Arabia do not want them. They would be outnumbered before long and they are already challenged by laborers and immigrants who would seek to topple the Saudi social structure in favor of themselves.

Legally, can the governors even do this? I was talking to someone in law school the other night, they discussed it in class. Since the Federal government controls immigration, the governors may not have a legal basis to refuse. It's scary stuff.

France is falling on it's own sword. Hopefully they'll elect Le Pen next election before it's too late.

It seems like these Governers want to avoid a possible terror attack from within these refugees. If you think these extremist are not clever enough to pull it off then you are mistaken and have never witnessed the lengths they will go.
