Umm, no.
They're in the top 10 in producing NFL talent, and Dabo is a douche, but a douche that surrounds himself with a lot of good coaches. They're always athletic and for whatever reason recruit really well-especially Florida, even in the Bowden days.

Clemson is legit. It's also a nice town with a good fan base.

Typically, I would agree, but I think they may very well run the table this regular season. Get FSU at home, and we suck, so they don't really have any other tough games.
Dabo is actually a pretty decent guy. I have met him several times, and I actually had dinner with him back in August at an event my company sponsored. With that being said, he is a C- coach who surrounds himself with good assistants. He is also a great closer when it comes to recruiting.
Clemson may go 12-0, but they will lose in the playoff. They are probably about the 7-10 best team in the nation, but they benefit from a very weak schedule.
