Quarterback Ryan Tannehill was rattled during Saturday's practice, and it led to him belittling some practice squad players, according to the report. After some of them forced turnovers, the $95 million quarterback reportedly said things like, “Enjoy your practice squad paycheck, enjoy your practice squad trophy.”
This has reportedly been going on for weeks because Tannehill is frustrated with the Dolphins' lack of success. Philbin reportedly told the practice squad players to take it easy on the franchise quarterback so as to not affect his confidence moving forward.

That whole franchise is a dumpster fire. I can see where his frustrations are coming from but he's got 95 million reasons to keep his mouth shut.

Tannehill sucks. At first I thought it was the coach the Dolphins just fired but I have actually watched a lot of Dolphins football this year because I drafted Tanney in one of my leagues and he fricking blows.

What was the context of the jabs, was it because a practice squad corner picked off a pass when he the play and talked shite to Tanney, or was it just Tanney going off, makes a difference, just sayin......

This is so played out. " All A&M All the time lolzers you're so obsessed with our schoooool." When in reality Tanney is just a whiny bitch who sucks at his job. Has nothing to do with where he went to school.

If you know Tannehill even a little, you'd recognize that comments like these are nuts and would be completely out of line for him; you wouldn't buy it for a second.
Multiple reports countering this tale have already emerged, along with players indicating that they know zero about it.
These are the manufactured rumors that turn into nightmares when you're on a bad team.
But I understand how it makes for sexy Internet fodder.

I have trouble believing this of RT.
A "whiny bitch" recruited as a QB does not quietly play wide receiver for several years (VERY well) while waiting his turn to start at QB.

The point is that the alleged behavior is not consistent with his demonstrated character.
How many college football players have packed-up and left when they did not get to start at the position for which they were recruited? I can think of a dozen without really trying.
