Tennessee or Arky?

Both teams are without a doubt making strides in the right direction with recruiting, coaching hires, and improved gameplans.
With that, I ask who will reach their destination first and why?
Personally, though I hate them, I think Arkansas is going to be a force for years to come. Bert has done a fantastic job of turning the program around thus far, especially in how competitive they were last year. I'm not sold on Tennessee for the mere fact Butch has only shown he can recruit.

I thought this was going to end with "which fanbase is the most annoying"

UT because they have recruited better , they have the better game plan for their talent level and right now the east is weaker.

Mizzoo has plenty to worry about. Don't fret about Arky or UT.

Tennessee... because LSU, Auburn, and Alabama.

Arky and it's not close. Arky is a tough team. Tennessee is all fluff and hype.

Tennessee
Arkansas wants to win the SEC and NC.
Tennessee just wants to beat Florida.

Based on play coming off last season, Arkansas is a no brainier. Dobbs will throw picks and cost TN close games.

I have to go with Arkansas as well. I have no good reasons, just a belly full of cheap wine.

Tennessee. Not only does Arky have a stronger div. to deal with but they also have a much harder time recruiting and don't have the Big 6 history/SEC dominant history on their side. It's just a much steeper climb for them with FAR fewer inbuilt advantages.
That said, I feel both are on the upswing. Arky because of its disadvantages can win sporadically but if UT gets rolling (and it will) them success has proven time and time again to be sustained.

Arkansas is going to beat the crap out of Tenn and Mizzou because we will have the best defense in the league this year. We will also have one of the best run games...and some nasty tight ends that will play a huge roll in our offense.

This is a pretty tough decision.
