Im actually starting to get excited about that damn thing. It sort of closes in the south endzone. I wonder what its aerodynamic effects will be on wind in the stadium etc? impact on kicking etc?

No players will have to adjust to the video board more than those on special teams. And it has nothing to do with the things displayed being a distraction. It's about the size of the board itself closing off the south end of the stadium, possibly altering wind patterns and the direction of punts and field goals.

Aubitron was lighting up the city last night. I think tonight or tomorrow they're pumping in game-level music to test out the speakers.

Im beginning to get a woodrow thinking about the intimidation factor that thing could have with the right music and propaganda.

Night games are going to definitely be interesting. I would think Gus would like to hold at least one of the scrimmages at night to test it out.

Anyone know if the AU on the back is going to light up.After seeing them test the board in those nighttime videos I noticed it wasn't lit up.

According to the pamphlet with the season tix....we have a state of the art sound system to go with the videoboard? Maybe some knew that but all I ever heard about was the videoboard.
