He is not holding back this year about what his expectations are, and now he is basically saying Les will be on the chopping block if his 6th place finish holds for LSU.

His initials are BM, much like his picks.

I can't blame them, new DC plus we havent been producing sacks in the last few years anyway... losing Kwon Alexander is big because he flew around the field, one corner spot is a question though there is a TON of talent..... on offense it comes down to QB. I don't blame him there, safe pick.

I listened to him before the Spring Game and sounded as if he was really down on qb play.
He reiterated (fairly or unfairly) that Harris still could not learn the playbook.

Auburn sure is getting a lot of love for a team that finished the season 1-4 w/the only win coming against Samford.

And there is absolutely no excuse if Miles finishes 6th in the West with all that damn talent. I like Les, but he should never finish that low after coaching 10 yrs at LSU and collecting that kind of talent.

The fact that BM says so doesn't make it so IRL. I agree that 6th place is unacceptable, but would bet my house we don't finish that low. The only teams I see as possibly finishing ahead of LSU in the West are Bama, Auburn and maybe Arkansas. Even so, I expect a top-2 finish and no worse than third.

Booger loves LSU, he just calls it the way he thinks it is. We shall see. I hope he has to eat crow.

It's mind boggling to me why LSU can never develope a QB
Mett came in late, so he had coaching in other places. Les needs to hire a good QB coach it seems.

I have no idea where he get his information from. That is what he said though. Again, I said fairly or unfairly. It is very likely that he was merely speculating.

Other than Auburn being the favorite I don't know how anybody can pick 2-7 with a straight face. I know it's a fun topic and all, but for the real season nothing would surprise me. A&M may win the SECW or they may finish 7th. And I could say the same about every other SECW team. Should be a fun year.

He's tried multiple times. LSU is where offensive coordinators and QB coaches come to die.

so we still beat texas a&m?

This has been hashed out and proven wrong multiple times. I'm not getting into it.

Okay, just assuming that he learned everything about quarterbacking by sitting on the bench one year at UGA and playing at a JUCO, you're disregarding the marked improvement he made from 2012-2013?

I guess you're not familiar with some of the quarterbacks Cam Cameron has worked with.

Mett was average in 2012 but lit it up in 2013. Guess no one on the coaching staff helped him out.

Those are arguments for 3rd not 6th with y'alls talent.
