It's probably not worth the charge you'd catch at that point. You'd "get back" at her more if you just dropped her like a bad habit and moved on.

Why the frick would you have a problem with the dude who is banging your girl?
It is 100% her decision to cheat on you and if you were in the other dudes shoes you would be banging her too (you already have been in fact).
Always felt it was ridiculous to blame the dude she is cheating with. I had an ex cheat on me (sorta) and I had zero problem with the dude she did it with. Would buy him a drink if I saw him today. Ex spent the next two years trying to get back with me too. She knew and I knew I was the better man and I never felt one bit of hostility towards the other dude. He did what a man is supposed to do, bang the hot chick.

No. If you need to punch something/someone, then punch the dude or punch the wall. Unless she is coming at you with the intent to do bodily harm, there's no reason to hit a woman.
