Bought the SO a road bike today so we're going to ride bikes this afternoon, then I'll probably run with the dog after that.

Took 8,807 steps today over a sloppy construction site with a knee I hurt yesterday when I tripped and landed on it hard.

Was supposed to hit back/biceps tonight but tendinitis has me laying off of upper body for a week or two. Did legs instead. Will probably only do legs, abs, and cardio until the inflammation goes down.
