Stay on topic and accept that KY Field is an epic joke.

Obviously not.
Our Chief concern is getting this issue fixed.

I'd shut up if I were LSU fans. A&M might just buy their stadium from them and have it flown in to Tx
Yeah they probably will. Because they are so rich and all. And because Kyle field sucks. And because they want to be like LSU in every way.

On a non-troll side note, I don't know if the A&M brass is going to have the patience for another 2-3 years to allow Chavis to build the defense. He's going to need to get the personnel to run his system. If A&M goes .500 the next two seasons, does CKS get the ax?

Doubtful. They'll throw money at something to look forward to while closing their eyes to reality.

Excellent question. Mr. Chavis himself seems to think the talent is at A&M to win now. We'll see, I guess.
On a related note, do you feel like Kevin Steele is going to need a couple of years to get players that fit the system he ran at Clemson, or will he be able to produce Clemson-level results immediately?

Chavis will not solve the problems at A&M. He might mask a few but he can't solve them.
What else would he say? "Man these guys completely suck arse and we'll be lucky to beat Rice!"
But go ahead and bet the bank on him. He will not be your savior

man, if we had known stealing an LSU coach would induce such a long melt we would have done it year one.
Yup, you stole him alright...to the tune of $2.1M+ after LSU gets done with you in court.
The real question is, how long does Sumlin have left for Chavis to attempt to right that dumpster fire defense of yours? Paying over $7M this year for a HC and DC to still be LSU's bitch is going to rustle some jimmies in Jr. College Station.
How do you think Sumlin will justify spending all that money for no results?

Well... You had me reevaluating until the Seattle reference. That was just dirty. Totally uncalled for.

Ags, we're being rude here. This is an LSU site, and we're guests. It's rude of us to talk about ourselves the whole time.
So, let's talk about LSU. Tigers, do you feel like Kevin Steele is going to need a couple of years to get players that fit the system he ran at Clemson, or will he be able to produce Clemson-level results immediately?

It's going to be tough falling asleep tonight, knowing you feel this way.
Kyle Field can be "ranked" first or 101st on your--or any other--list.
To me, it's perfect.
Thanks for the thread.
You put considerable effort into it, and I want to validate you for that.

That's what I love most about this thread. The post about win totals in the SEC West seems to have invigorated him. If I may say so, it feels good in the soul to play a small part in helping another one of God's creatures to feel passion in this tempest tossed life.
