There are some nice beaches, and the highest mountains in the US east of the Rockies are in Texas, but you've got to drive a long way to get to them. The climate is fine (for people who aren't fricking pussies), and the people living here are great (for people who aren't fricking racists).

High does not equal "good". A tall, unclimbable slab of dull rock is not a good mountain.

No. It's horrible. So's Alabama's and Georgia's. I still loved living in Alabama, but the summers there are brutal. Besides, Texas has, what, 3 climates?

What does race have anything to do with it? If someone thinks all Texans are douches, I doubt it has anything to do with their skin color.

He is right, Pensacola is better than anywhere in Texas.
