Starting LT Cam Robinson could return this weekend for Bama

He better be as close to 100% as possible because Hunter has been relentless.

Well, of course he can run along the sideline. It is a high ankle sprain. Running straight ahead is about the only thing you can do close to 100%. As soon as he plants to go sideways or drops back trying to get leverage on pass protection it'll feel a bit different. Probably a good thing for LSU if he does play.
