How is it that UT is allowed such an offensive fight song?

Let's look past the fact that they play Rocky Top for anything from a TD to a cheerleader's last tooth falling out and look at the deeper more offensive thing here. The lyrics.
Harmless enough, minus the obvious lack of geographical knowledge that you cannot be down a hill while up a mountain.
So, they have sex with bearcats. While perfectly normal in East TN, I feel the rest of the country excluding Aggie would be offended.
Here, the rednecks are glorify the murder of revenue collectors merely attempting to tax the illegal swill being made by the bearcat frickers. Once again, normal in East TN, but fricked up in civilized society.
Why does a school allow such filth to represent it?

Actually, East Tennessee is home to the most visited National Park in the U.S. So, 9 million visitors per year would disagree with you.
