Won't happen but if it did then they should go after Gundy and hire Orgeron as his defensive coordinator.

I'm sure they'd offer Jim Harbaugh. Don't know that he'd accept, but he'd probably get them to a few playoff appearances. Not sure I'm really afraid of going against Harbaugh like everyone else seems to be.
I could see them going after Kiffin, Smart, or Chad Morris.
