@CoachBedfordUT: Manziel is a top 10 pick by the scouts. I wish him the best. He played backyard ball for 3 years. Now he will have to learn how to be a Qb

@CoachBedfordUT: No one took a@shot at manziel. Get a life people. Spread qbs have struggled in the NFL. The eagles run the spread in the NFL

Serious question: is this coach at Tenn or Texas? I can never tell which UT we're talking about.

Their coaches are mad.
It's getting kinda awkward.

Damn, UT can seriously hold a grudge. If they would just admit that Mac fricked the poodle on JFF they could move on with their dumpster fire

From a University that has passed on two recent Heisman winners. I think his authority to speak is a bit suspect.

Someone should put together a running list of things Texas admins and coaches have spouted off about A&M this offseason vs. the things A&M has said about our formal conference-mate. Would be interesting to see the discrepancy.

In all seriousness, why does Texas get a pass for doing and saying little brother-like things?

Is this not a total little brother move on their part?

Lately there has been "news" every other week about either their AD or a coach saying something about A&M. When have you heard our coaches or AD comment on Texas in the last 6 months?

I don't see a problem with what he said.

Aggie coaching staff didn't ready him for the next level.

Groundbreaking shots fired by a coach I've never heard of. How old can this guy be if he's chilling on twitter saying dumb stuff? Whether it's true or not, any coach should understand twitter garbage getting out of hand ten times over.

Vance Bedford, the coach whose tweet we are referencing here, was DC at Oklahoma State when *Fran* hung 62 points on them in 2005. He got fired after two years there. That's the quality of coach we are dealing with here. 62 by FRAN.

Can you imagine Nick Saban tweeting that about an Auburn player?

Now that's just funny. Shouldn't Utex coaches have better things to do? What a stupid statement.

Just so I'm clear....Manziel won the heisman trophy, shattered Cam Newtons single season yardage record (playing one fewer game), had the two best individual seasons for a QB in SEC history playing for a team that should have been struggling just to make a bowl game....and he was able to accomplish all of that without any knowledge of how to actually play the QB position? T&P for the NFL if he figures out how to really play QB.
