The thread on the main board got me to thinking...
How would everyone vote? I've got to think about this one, but please chime in. My list is below. I really want enough votes to gauge how the fanbase looks at it.
I hope to get more responses to tabulate the most recurring.

Goal line stand probably 1.
The kick 2
The prison tender loving we put on Miami 3
Outside of that, entirely too many to squeeze into the 4-10 category. Unlike lsu we have a rich football tradition.

1 Trent Richardson's 2011 BCS touchdown
2-10 Various defensive stops and turnovers from said game
Seriously, 21-0 may still be the greatest 3 hours of my life.

Never heard of this specific moment. Does this have any regional significance as far as Northern teams vs. southern teams at the time?

I'll post my Top 10 tomorrow when I have computer access.

It was Alabama's first major win and the first win by a southern team in the north.

The Bear Bryant museum has a window on this game in the museum.
The team was greeted by a horde of fans upon their return.
North vs South yada yada ya.
The Ivy League at the time was the Big Time.

Not necessarily in order:
1. Goal Line Stand
2. Hiring of Bear Bryant
3. Hiring of Nick Saban
4. '93 Sugar Bowl / The Strip
5. Prothro Catch
6. The Kick
7. Rocky Block
8. '09 SECCG
9. 21-0
10. The comeback win vs. LSU in '98 or 99. The one we recovered the onside kick.
#4,5,6 and 7 are my most memorable plays along with The Strip. I included #10 because it's the biggest "Snatch victory from the jaws of defeat" game I can remember.

wow, this is tough.
10-back in the late 70's to mid 80's we listened to most bama games on the radio. a group of us would get together down on the tn river with plenty of beer and just go crazy over bama games with john forney on the radio. absolutely loved those times.
be bac later with more
