Mizzou returning the following totals at TE/WR:
59 receptions
757 yards receiving
3 receiving touchdowns
2013 totals at TE/WR:
244 receptions
3,385 yards receiving
29 receiving touchdowns
I'm sure nothing bad will come of this.

Pinkel doesn't tolerate violence against women well. Especially now, given some of the recent publicity. That said, we'll see what charges come down. If it's a felony charge for assault against a woman, he's gone. Felony charges are treated pretty consistently at Mizzou, if a player is charged and admits to yhr act, they're gone. Google Derrick Washington. If the charges are misdemeanors, he may get another chance. But given his precious arrests, I'd say he's on extremely thin ice.
My patience is about at an end with this kid. I don't care how good a player is, we don't need that headache.
If he isn't charged with a felony and isn't kicked off the team, what are the odds he can go the whole summer without doing something else incredibly stupid? It's only a matter of time until he's kicked off the team.

I thought the assault rumors were all bullshite? Do we even know what the suspension is for?

good thing he didn't go to Fayetteville and get all corrupted like his mother worried about during recruitment. students buying him a drink at a bar during his visit seems laughable now.

Still made he chose Mizzou over Arkansas, or what?
no, not in the slightest. As I tried to state jokingly in another thread maybe the only positive thing that's happened to us in the past 2 years was him not choosing us- at least drama wise.
But I do still have negative feelings towards his county adoptive mother.

and more arrests, so at least we have our dignity. but I I understand you defending highly rated WR recruits who run afoul of the law.

It still amazes me that these kids can be so stupid. they have opportunities that most people would kill for and continue to screw up their lives. Very sad.
