Looks like we're getting a bump on rivals. We now have 10 4*s with Ikenna Okeke and Tyrel Dodson both getting moved up.

Our 247 composite already bumped from 16 to 14... Wonder where it will be when this all gets updated.

Okeke and Dodson now 4 stars.

Everyone is always melting when we find good players just because they have 3 stars.

Madu has a shot at a 5th star if he looks good at his all star game week

Figured he would when he said he wanted to be the star and not share reps.

believe me, we know how you feel. Can you please stop posting the same stupid shite in every thread on every board on this site?

At the very least show some respect to Ags by not attempting to derail every conversation on this board. It's extremely old having you Hodor your fricking way around here

This is now two instances in which failures by Sumlin's assistants have caused us to lose high 4-star or 5-star players to UH (Cleveland and Oliver)

There's no use he turns into a melting bitch every year around this time. It's his process to get ready for the off season and his impending basketball melt.

Our Starting WRs all return and we add: Q. Davis, K. Rogers, and M. Reynolds. We also redshirted K. Siverand. We might still pick up Clyde Chriss and Jack Jones. We'll have multiple options at this position next year. There doesn't seem to be a shortage of capable players at that position each year.

It wouldn't bother me one bit if we only added offensive line recruits & any position on defense from here on out. Being able to better run the ball & stop the run would really help. A lot.

It's all based on projections (which are often wrong), but I'd take tyrie over every single one of these guys.

But you're right that we still have plenty of capable receivers this upcoming year. It's a year or 2 down the road, when we lose all of our proven outside WRs that not landing tyrie will come back to bite us.

I think I would too, because 6'3 guys who run 4.3 40s aren't falling off trees. We are desperately missing that size/speed combo.

With that said, Quartney Davis might end up being the best WR out of TX this year. This was a great early evaluation by Moorehead.

Cleveland has the raw tools to be great, but I'm concerned about his lack of competitiveness. Mentally, who knows if he's got what it takes. I wouldve loved to land him but oh well, onto the next. Hopefully we land Jack Jones and/or Tre Nixon or Clyde Chriss

Some recruits are focused on the depth chart and getting immediate playing time. It's just a reality. Plus, our OC may be out the door after the bowl game for underperforming.

Staff was on top of Q. Davis early. Give them some credit for that one. Baylor seemed to make a run for him, let's be glad we got him.

Given where we are at this position, we can work with these guys for a year and try to develop a couple. Next year, the depth chart angle will likely be working for us, instead of against us at WR. That Neatherly kid from Crosby is already committed for next year. That's a pretty good start.

I wonder how bad the fallout from the Allen transfer will be on both sides of the ball recruiting-wise.
