Per 247, Braden Mann is enrolling early. This sets the punter and placekicker positions by the spring game. (LaCamera gets one, Mann the other)

Nick starkel and Giles decommitted from okst and tenn respectively. LSU's offer of Giles probably means they feel like blacklock is an ag, or at least a very good chance he is.

I think a lot of kids are just waiting things to be settled so we have a consistent vision to well. Right now the fanbase etc is in flux.

I think we have 19 commitments for 2016. I have read several estimates of 25 to 27 to be signed. It sounds like the remaining targets are all kind of iffy.
Is that wishful thinking to expect that many to go our way at the end?

Just the first four vaults us to #3 right now.
Three of the other four (without the unknown QB) puts us at 276.60, which would be the #1 class right now.

Emphasis on right now. The first four would get us around 10. The last 4 would get us to around 5, if not a little lower

Say there is a 50% probability of getting players like Jones, McCullough, Cuffee & Blacklock. They are all contested. That would yield an expected value of 0.50 x 4 = 2.0 recruits.
That second four have substantially longer odds, Betiku, Chriss, Jones, Mystery QB. Either because they are out of state or maybe the QB target is currently committed elsewhere. Say they are only a 25% chance for us, just to make a round number. That gives an expected value of 0.25 x 4 = 1.0 recruit.
Combine together and we could expect 3 more for 2016. Feel free to adjust the percentages if you wish. Long odds on getting 27, I think.
