This guy has went from respected and feared to mocked and ridiculed all within a few months.

All that is left now is for Saturday Night Live to a skit on him and Bret.

Ho lee shite, he actually said this?

Saban has evolved into final form whiny bitch and now he's just slinging stupid shite against the walls in futility.

It's embarrassing.

Also, wasn't Saban's whole MO a few years back "Make his arse quit"?

Didn't Bama have a framed poster of 3 injured LSU players with that caption beneath it?

So now I'm confused, is it only okay to hurt players if it's done slowly, or is Saban just completely full of shite?

2008 LSU pre-game

"You play fast. You play strong. You go out there and dominate the guy you're playing against and make his arse quit. That's our trademark. That's our MO as a team. That's what people know us as."

Saban never cared about player safety to start with. He said it was unsafe 2012 and then turned right around and said his offense was going to start going faster and he may even goto the HUNH in the future. That alone proves he cares more about winning than he does about his players' safety.

Dave Bartoo at @CFBMatrix has shown that the NFL has a higher rate of injury on average and runs LESS plays per game on average than the SEC.

He has also shown that the SEC has a higher rate of injury on average and runs LESS plays per game on average than the Big 12.

Number of plays per game on average?
1. Big 12
2. SEC
3. NFL

Highest rates of injury?
1. NFL
2. SEC
3. Big 12

Bartoo says the likely culprit then isn't pace of play. Its much more likely to be caused due to Newton's 2nd Law... F = ma

I need a carton or two of ciggies to ponder this.

as i stated earlier. if he wants to limit the number of plays to "reduce injuries", lobby for the clock rules to be changed to model the NFL. He's making himself look like a buffoon framing his argument around an offensive style of play. But you're absolutely correct, he's full of shite and only cares because he hates having to defend the HUNH. Instead of adapting to new offenses, he wants the rules to adapt to him.

Lol.... Saban is gonna say the center has to wear a butt plug because it's not healthy from the center to pass gas and have the QB breathe in mathane. This guy is just making a complete jackass out of himself and his university.
