I think he would work with the Raiders and the warmer weather.
The Fans will Love JFF.

Next Kenny Stabler. Ex Raiders on Stabler

"Kenny liked to hang at the bar, chase girls, and have fun:" The Badass pedigree.

Cleveland- But make no mistake: Personnel decisions will be made by the three men mentioned above, it appears, with little interference from whomever becomes coach. This landing spot, of course, also would contain epic meltdown possibilities. Because, naturally, Cleveland.

Manziel is a classic Davis-type pick, so I wouldn't be surprised to see him with the Raiders

He actually fits best with Houston.

Just substitute Andre Johnson for Mike Evans...and GO.

Bring him to Jacksonville. He might be the only QB in the draft that can survive here.

Philly

The guy is built to play for Chip K, and JJ's "come at me bro" attitude would be a big hit there.

Houston is the best fit for anyone, not just Manziel. Wide receiver talent, decent OL and an elite defense that had to put up with a QB TO once a quarter and still managed to keep games close.

Houston would get guaranteed sellouts along with a (probably) good QB. I've never been a fan, but as far as where I hope he ends up Houston beats the hell out of Jacksonville or Cleveland. #2 St. Louis I'm ambivalent about - they have the potential to be not awful.

Philadelphia is the obvious best place for him to go if Foles wasn't there, but... he is. And Philly is too low to trade up that high for a potential bust. My wet dream: Jerry Jones goes absolutely bonkers and trades up to get him from #16. I might become a fan again .

Texans pick first and it would be an insane amount of extra fan interest.

They'd be an NFL team hardly anyone talks about to one of the most talked about teams in the country.

The only issue is, is he really worth a 1st overall pick? You could probably trade down and still get him.

Texans, just so they can burn his jersey eventually.
