Anyone who watched the Vandy game saw what the ref did to us. That's just some really really bad luck.
The injuries
The immaculate deflection
Todd Grantham

This was considered targeting. 4th down. Not much time left in the 4th quarter. Gave them a new set of downs.

Draw. Just so happened that UGA was in better shape to handle it as a team than UF.

ETA: We still lost 5 games, so that's not saying much.

UGA still got to 8 wins and a bowl game. UF had its first losing season in how long?

UF was unlucky because of injuries.

Being bad isn't unlucky. They just sucked. UGA had some seriously "unlucky" shite happen besides injuries.

Doesn't make UF any more unlucky but as durden said, less equipped and less motivated to win more.

I'd go with a draw even though bias tells me that it's jawja

How many of their losses were bad luck though? We have Vandy, AU, for sure. Clemson and Neb could be thrown in there as well.

We gave you the easiest, most ridiculous Pick-6 you'll ever get, and your targeting penalty that extended a drive (you could have still stopped us from scoring a TD) was canceled by our dead-ball unsportsmanlike penalty after we had stopped you guys on 3rd down on your first drive. Please. You had Aaron Murray and generated just 221 yards of offense against a defense that gave up more than that in the first quarter to Johnny Manziel the following week.

As for unluckiest team, how many other 8-4 (4-4) SEC teams would wind up last in the league's pecking order and play at the BBVA Compass Bowl?

giving up a pick 6 has nothing to do with luck. Penn Wagers deciding how a game ends does.

Well, if Auburn was the LUCKIEST team, it stands to reason that the UNLUCKIEST was one of their opponents - I say it was Georgia, hands down.

UF = injury bug bitten and NOT unlucky in the context the OP is looking for.

Everyone say UG wins this so he'll feel better.

Plenty of crazy shite

- Clemson fumbled snaps
- LSU injuring Gurley
- JSW, Conley, Bennett, and Marshall going down vs UT
- Vandy. All of Vandy whether it's the freshman RB fumbling the GW drive away, the 2 calls
- Fumbling vs Mizzou 2x, one in the redzone from the freshman RB again and Murray being blindsighted cause Artie Lynch secretly hates Georgia
- 4th and Grantham
- 4th and Artie

I mean, some would say those are just execution issues and to those some I say you're gay
