Bama fans and the Saints. Should they be allowed to cheer for Louisiana's team?

They seem to loathe all things Pelican State. Yet many are Saints fans.

Saints are a regional team. It's not like we're the "Texans". Such a horrible name. They are not the "Louisianans".

LSU is my second favorite team. Has been since I was a kid. I don't loathe anything about Louisiana.

They don't hate Louisiana (especially South Louisiana). Bama fans just dish it out to LSU fans because you guys decided to start sh##ing on our team and our state a few years ago when Saban arrived. No need for Alabama fans to be mad at the Saints for that and I would think the Saints would welcome the fans outside their state. I moved to Mobile which is probably one of the biggest Saints areas outside Louisiana or the immediate NOLA metro area several years ago. I didn't really have any NFL rooting interest until I moved here and adopted the Saints.
