It's all about the next hire. Miles will be taking a ton of your recruits. You can spin what you'd like but the chances of gettin a Saban, or even a miles are slim.

Oh absolutely. I don't think anybody is expecting to ever win 3 of 4 again, I don't think anybody in college football will do that.

True and it isn't close. Hes been on a different level at Bama than he was at LSU. I'm one of the few LSU fans that is more thankful for what Saban did for the program than hateful for his tiime at Bama but what he left us is nowhere near what he'll leave Bama. That is unless he also leaves Bama sanctions

Sanctions and coachless in January near the end of the recruiting period.
Him mailing it in against Iowa and the way he left us basically in the middle of the night is the reason I hate him the most. Not that he went to Bama.

All I care about is whether LSU is better than Bama next year....after Saban retires,......after Miles retires ....and pretty much every season till I die. I couldn't care less about making a comparison about which program Saban left in better shape.

Depends on you hire.
There will be a big drop off though.

depends on who yall hire, if you hire dabo then it wont matter how stocked yall are

Because a coach like Saban is easily replaceable…..

shite, the dynasty has hinged on mulligan bowls and backdoor title shots even WITH Saban. To expect sustained success of that nature if he leaves is just completely unrealistic.

depends whether or not you think Bama would win 34 games and a NC in the three years after Nick departed.
Bama is a great job but following a name like Saban is not an easy task

You're the second LSU fan I've seen today mention Alabama hiring Dabo? Where are yall getting that? Is that the new LSU pipe dream since 'Saban to Texas' isn't panning out? There is less than a zero percent chance Dabo replaces Saban.

I think all of the Bama fans here are wasting their time on this site with mere mortals, you guys should really consider socializing strictly with your own kind.

If he left right now sure I can buy that.
He was at LSU 5 years and 7 at Bama. Therefore he was further along in build his program. It could be argued that LSU may have been down more when he came here.
This point is open to debate. You could also say he learned alot at LSU that he carried to Bama. Such as recruiting and coaching in the SEC. When he went to Bama, he was ahead of the game because of his SEC experience and already had connections with high school coaches.
