How feasible will it be to get scalped tickets to the Iron Bowl this year, before the game? Is it worth a three and a half hour drive?
Edit: sorry, I'm new. Just realized this is the wrong thread.

Who buys scalped tickets? Find some old alumni buddy through friends or something.

Depends on how much you want to pay.

Hell yeah it would be worth it.
You'd get to see how football is really played.

Better go check stubhub right now. Doubt if you get any before the game.

Do NOT buy from a scalper. Will be a ton of fakes.

Pretty fricking feasible. There are these things called websites that sell tickets.

wait as late as you can and the prices will go down.

Would you suggest online/stubhub or stadium scalpers?

Fake tickets are getting to be more widespread. Personally, I wouldn't take the chance of buying from a scalper.

I've bought from a scalper at Auburn plenty. Not the guys at the corner who do it professionally, but I'll buy from normal peeps. Heck, sometimes when I throw my daughter on my shoulders and she holds up fingers for tickets, we have people just give us tickets, free of charge.
Not sure I'd chance it for the Iron bowl, you're better off thru a website, unless that website is craigslist.
I also like to take a picture with the scalper, if they get nervous, you can tell it's not legit.

Probably be at least $400 for the uppers if not more. I'm looking at UGA/AU fix now, and they're all around $175.

if u had to wait until the last minute you still shouldnt have a problem getting tickets. i've seen 2-3 legit spots to get some scalped tickets through the years. i've bought tickets on gameday a couple times though it wasnt exactly cheap.
