I thought Holtz has been pretty subdued about the whole thing - only bringing up how Joe Namath was a big star that was humble to his coaches.
I'll tell you, May always sounds like he knows more about Sumlin than most - he may have some inside info.

One way or another? NFL is his only option. The NCAA has already made it clear they're not gonna do anything. Or do you think the best football player in the world would be dismissed from the team for "being a douchebag?"

Mark May is wrong about most things and Lou Holtz doesn't know where he is anymore.
Mark May actually has a long-standing history of hatred towards A&M. He played for Jackie Sherrill at Pitt and his senior year A&M came in and paid Sherrill a small fortune to leave.
