How do people know that they didn't inherit alot of money?

I graduated high school with a guy in 04, who when upon graduating college making probably 50-60k, his father unfortunately passed away and he inherited 4 million dollars. I don't know much about him, but he apparently lives very modestly too.

4 million isn't, "frick you. I'm rich money." It's money you can use and grow. It makes things much easier, but it's hardly a massive amount of money in today's world.

I'm not convinced of anything, yet.

I am however, curious to know who pays Uncle Nate's expenses? I can somewhat understand Paul & Michelle working normal everyday jobs to cover up for the inherited oil millions that are stashed away.

Were the Manziel's also paying for JM's personal assistant? Along with JM's bodyguards? Uncle Nate was by JFF's side in most, if not all of his jet setting in the off season. So, who's supporting Uncle Nate's adventures? Does he come from oil barron money as well?

I hope the NCAA is looking into every incident where JFF was sitting coutside and questions where he got the tickets. Who flew him around the country?

That's a very good question. One element that may be at play here is Uncle Nate. I read where he has a family member who is a big-time event promoter, and could provide Johnny with free tickets because he had an established relationship with him that predated his NCAA playing days. That relationship kept it from being an impermissible benefit. Now, was that the case for all the places he showed up? No way.

Doubtful. Average salary for his position is about 120K. Breaking 200 is possible, but not likely.

Though they make plenty of money. Which is why the autograph signings are a bigger deal. He's done it more than any other player, but the majority of other players probably need the money more than he does. It's obvious to us that he did it for money. Even if they don't have proof. Probably where he gets the money to pay his personal assistant.

I second this. It would be hilarious if this nickname makes it to the announcing booth.

Is this enough to quit the JFF non-sense and start calling him John Mexico?

Its a Vick joke for those of you who won't get it.

I'm inclined to believe Paul that he's the beneficiary of some form of large inheritance. Connect the dots... they supposedly have upper middle class incomes but are able to afford a $400k house in CS, a $600k house in Kerrville, whatever house they own in Tyler where Paul stays during the week, and a house for Johnny simultaneously while also funding Johnny's "frick-you money"-type continent-spanning escapades and maintaining a country club membership in Tyler? The author of the article did a pretty good job, but he has major areas where he's ignorant. Deeds in Texas always say they sold for $10 and other consideration. Always. So he's dead wrong about the part where the old lady sells out for just $10 and most likely just doesn't know about how the rest of the family is set up for their inheritance - if it's in some trust or LLC that feeds Paul mailbox money.

That article is garbage. It's a bunch of half truths connected by innuendo.

And, I find it hilarious that a bunch of broke dicks that will probably never even see six figures a year in their lives pontificate on wealth.

I'd like someone to do some research on the families of the ghetto rats on your teams. What, are the Manziel's fair game because they have more money than you?

You clowns are priceless. Carry on. You are very amusing.

He's a train wreck just waiting to happen. Not saying he won't get away with it. But it will happen.

Completely agree. And I'd bet that Manziel's dad isn't worth anything close to $4m. So who is funding JFF's lifestyle? Where is the money coming from? A few years back we saw kids getting suspended for taking free shirts, shoes, and simple shite like that. I see only 3 options...he's getting gifts which is illegal, he's selling signed stuff for profit...also illegal, or his rich family is giving him thousands and thousands a month to live the lifestyle which he goes out of his way to show us. The Benz purchase was probably shady too.

The Manziel's are game because their son has been selling autographs.

The same research went into the Newton's when Cam was under investigation, his family isn't exactly wealthy.

It's garbage to a dumb shite aggie who doesn't want to face the fact that your one hit wonder just bent your entire university over and put it to you. I actually like what he is doing to you idiots. If fact, I hope he doubles down on the partying throughout the season.
