I have to say that I was leaning towards NGI, because I don’t believe that she did it out of malice. I think that she thought that she was the only one who could take care of her kids.

I heard a corrections officer say that the prison hospital is preferable to a state mental hospital. Which doesn’t say much for state mental institutions.
