Auburn University has the most conservative student body of any college in the nation, according to the Princeton Review’s annual rankings, released this Monday.
In contrast, Bennington College in Vermont, is the nation’s most liberal school, according to the study.
Rounding out the top ten most conservative schools for 2013 is Texas A&M, Grove City College, Hillsdale College, College of the Ozarks, University of Dallas, Thomas Aquinas College, The United States Military Academy (West Point), Hampden-Sydney College, and the United States Naval Academy (Annapolis).

Congrats on being peers with a small college outside of Branson.
I think.

Not surprising. Auburn is actually the capital of the political abortion that is Libertarianism.

I'm sure this study focuses moreso on social issues than economic. If so, most conservative is not necessarily a title I'd like to have.

Auburn is also home to the Ludwig von Mises Institute, which is probably the most libertarian/classical liberal foundation of any sort in the world.
aborting politics would be a nice change of pace.

Yes, because low taxes, small government, and letting people live as they wish is such a terrible concept.

Oh, and A&M is probably more libertarian than conservative. Neal Boortz is a proud Aggie grad after all.

Conservatism in the sense that this article calls it is not the same conservatism that Libertarianism follows

Someone doesn't know what a Libertarian is.

Which is why I love Auburn even more. What functionally retarded political institution do you most align with? I'll side with logic and reason all day, everyday.

That's what I was thinking. The majority of college kids aren't educated enough to make reasoned conclusions on economic policy. Sensitive social issues, however, are a different story (no matter how irrational and abstract their answers).

Libertarianism and Conservatism are not the same thing at all. I would imagine a predominately Libertarian school to be one of the most "loose."
