The Kentucky-Tennessee Rivalry

Tennessee's big game to end the season with their big rival. Just another season ending game for Kentucky. It is normally a non-factor outside of the two fanbases's competition to be the truest backwoods hillbilly folk.
Both have new coaching staffs their fanbase is amped up about.
However, last year we saw this game have huge significance and intrigue by the rest of the SEC. Will the game again have as much importance for each team and the SEC standings?
Will the Tennessee-Kentucky game decide which team gets their first SEC win of the year again?

Tennessee will win the SEC before Arkansas or UK win their division.

In 1 preseason poll UK is #3 and UT is #5
In ESPN preseason poll UT is #3 and UK is #6
Both will win games, and this is a rivalry as winner will be looking at SEC title.
