The low point of your fanhood

I was in Oxford when Bama beat Ole Miss 22-3 in 2009.
I've never been more miserable or angry as an Ole Miss fan.
A palpable portion of my emotional attachment to Ole Miss sports died that day.

Probably when Louisiana Tech came in and destroyed us by like three touchdowns in 2011 at Oxford. I was one of the about 25,000 in attendance that game and about slit my wrists.
ETA: then there's always Jacksonville State

The debacle following the 2006 season deserves some honorable mention.

The whole of 2011.
Mostly Arkansas and Oklahoma State.
Just sickening.

The low point was losing to lsu and bama in 2011 by a combined 100 points. I gave up

Huddled around a television at a KU tailgate in Lawrence, Kansas to watch Ole Miss lose to J'Ville State. That's the day I lost my childhood enthusiasm for Ole Miss football. No one should ever get smack talked by KU football fans. NO ONE!

I was at that game. I won't ever forget the look on some of your fans faces. Like you said, it was alomost like they wanted to quit being ole miss fans period.

December 8, 2006 - The day Rich Rodriguez turned us down. I was convinced that we were doomed to mediocrity for the rest of my days and that dominating football would never return to Tuscaloosa. I was driving home from taking my college finals when Finebaum read Mal Moore's statement on the air. I so wanted to keep driving to Tuscaloosa and punch that man (Moore) in the face that evening.

This. My best friend is a huge Bama fan, was with me, and he almost talked me into joining the dark side.

Snead struck again in that game. Our defense actually played a good game that day given the situations they were put in by our offense
