not gonna lie.... but the worst place for someone struggling with stuff like this is Oakland and the Raiders culture.

He would excel in the Saints new 3-4 defense. Make it happen Loomis.

Does he not have to do some time in jail at some point?

He would perfect up in New England, although they don't really need any LBs.

If you're talking about the gun thing, the charges were dropped because the victim didn't want to continue... in other words, he was probably paid off.

Too bad he can't come back to Bama for his senior year, Saban would straighten him out again.

Worst LB in the league in 2012, he really needs to get everything together.

I will admit I thought he would be a sure thing in the NFL.

Guess that's why I got fired as a GM.

Talent wise, I have always considered Rolando McClain best ILB we've had under Saban. If he can somehow find a way to focus on the game and quit the off-the-field bull shite, he may be able to salvage whats left of his career. The sad thing is, I doubt he will...

McClain should definitely take notes from CJ Mosley on how he should carry himself and approach the game.

The league needs back-ups as well.
Last chance at the haven for last chances couldn't hurt him in the least bit.

Ian Rapoport ?@RapSheet 3h Former #Raiders LB Rolando McClain went unclaimed on waivers, I'm told. So, he's a free agent.

He already has offers. This is pretty standard for a guy who has had mishaps in his first few years. I hope he is smart enough to sign a 1-2 yr agreement and get his ish together off the field...so he can sign a big 'tract soon.

This. The Saints have a nice veteran presence and a very good shot at winning their division. Maybe that is what Ro needs, to be on a winner again.

There are two teams I think would be a perfect fit. Falcons and Giants. Two teams with good management and leadership. Patriots would be good as well because it would team him back with Donta.
