Arkansas can't win on the road. They feel he isn't getting anything out of the talent on the team.
We have no seniors.
We have guys left over from Pelphrey that are worthless.
Getting nothing out of the talent? The frick? That is simply untrue.
BJ and Marshawn had great statistical seasons, enough to turn pro.
Qualls and Clarke are the 2 most improved players on the team and were the reason we were even competitive in most games.
It's not that hard to figure out, if you have no seniors and no inside presence, you usually aren't going to win on the road.
Which is why we have 2 of the top bigs in the country coming in.

Anderson is on track to do what he did at Mizzou, he actually went .500 in his second season at Mizzou. I still don't understand the road trouble that is crazy.

Dan Wolken ?@DanWolken
If you pretend Auburn isn't in the SEC (I'm sure you've tried) Mike Anderson has 0 wins away from Fayetteville in two years. Inexcusable.

The "talent" isn't that good. We have nobody who is a consistent three point shooter like Vandy has, we have no true PG, no decent guard play, no depth in the post. Mike couldn't come in and flip the roster over as Pel had us in trouble with the APR after flipping the roster every year he was here, we lost a scholarship and was close to losing practice time, more schollys, and post season bans, Mike has us in the clear of that now.

I think his reputation for aggressive defense means that the "home cooking" you get on the road is magnified. That's not all of it, but it's some of it.

Take it up with them, not me. I'm not part of the national media yet.

Our best players outside of Powell and BJ are in their first year on campus, one is a JUCO and the other two are true freshmen. All were only "3 stars", so what talent exactly?

Umm That's why in the 4 years of pelphreys tenure APR went down and we lost scholarships towards the end??

In five years, Pelphrey signed 32 players, how is that not flipping the roster every year?
How is the majority of those players leaving in poor academic standing "improving the apr situation"?
He left us just as he did South Alabama, with one of our scholarships in his back pocket claiming it was the previous coach's fault.
Pel is a fricking loser.

I have to admit, Arkansas' shortcomings are very enjoyable due to certain posters here.
LSU's failures are by far the most enjoyable though.

@DanWolken: Arkansas basketball is so bad even Bill Clinton has defected to Louisville, apparently

The players that Pelphrey left were not Anderson style players.
Anderson's guys are slowly coming on board - next year we add two missing pieces, maybe more.
And you can't just 'exclude' Auburn from the conference to further your argument.
