No. He was perfectly sober. He apparently arrested him for "contempt of cop."

He was on probation and this arrest violated that probation. Jail time is all but assured.

He's gone.

There should be a Police Blotter tab at left. After last 10 years or so we could probably fill up C block at most institutions.

But you're a fan of a rival school so believe what you want.

Kind of like the Marine that JJ got into a fight with was in full dress uniform getting back from his third tour of duty and just mind his own business.

So running after her, grabing her by the hair and back of the neck and shoving her to the ground, then as she gets up shoving her back to the ground, isnt "a little more than that"?

He is a man, and fairly large at that, so yes its a little more than just pushing her down.

But you are a homer, so believe what you want

I don't believe I got too involved with that incident or the Auburn 4. These incidents can happen to any school at any time.

Where in the article does it say she ever hit the ground? The cop arrested both of them so obviously there was enough blame to go around.

Finebaum already loving on Saban:

Nick Saban's message was clear, concise and essentially said ``good riddance''' to the 4 players.

I bet Fbaum wishes he was on the air so he could spin this in Bama's favor...

Oh, he'll make himself available to whoever will listen to stand up for his man.

How will the bamer media spin it on the news tonight? I bet Karle won't be squirming in his chair in excitement tonight like he does when there is something negative about Auburn.

I wouldn't be surprised if they all got it.

BC might not. He may have used his on the weed deal. I'm sure they will ask, but if anyone has a low chance at getting it...it is him.

But, yeah. Unless they have juvy records a mile long, I bet they will also.

Can't be wasting your YO for a little weed. Got to hold on to that for more serious offenses.

I hope the news goes back and highlights the "Auburn Felony 4" when they report on the Bama Felony 4 - - - just to piss you off Joe.
