Other than LSU, who else has rivals that won't accept them?

Bama and arky have denied the lsu clamoring to be their rival. Just curious if this is an isolated occurance or if it has happened elsewhere

We'll end up rejecting them eventually too after JFF and Sumlin elevate us to a level far above them. We're equal/slightly better currently.
