As long as the SEC puts a team in the title game, they will win it. The only thing stopping it is 2 undefeated teams outside the conference.

Short of a nuclear blast... I can't see anything stopping Sabans Machine.

Bama (brings back a ton off a National Title team), Georgia (probably the best overall backfield in the country next year, at least among traditional offenses) and A&M (with the news that one and maybe both tackles will return) are the true contenders IMO.

LSU is losing a ridiculous amount on defense and will still likely be marginal on offense. Florida skirted by several shite teams and, like LSU, will probably still have a meh offense. South Carolina is a very helter skelter team that lacks identitity from one week to the next.

LSU's schedule is way tougher than the others in the west. Bama or A&M.

I think Texas A&M will make it 8 SEC NC's next year. Johnny played great but the Aggie defense was amazing against Oklahoma.

Our young front seven will have to grow up quickly. Three weeks into the season we'll be relying upon two or three freshmen to play a significant role in stopping Alabama.

Not to mention that nobody does the revenge frick quite like Saban. I wouldnt doubt for a second next year is just as much about fixing the one blemish on 2012 as another title. He is that prideful.

either aTm or Bama is going to almost certainly enter the SECCG with 1 loss at the absolute worst.

it's USC's turn to skip the good west teams, so if they can split UF/UGA they'll be in a really good spot to also be a 1 loss team in the SECCG.

aTm, Bama, and USCe have the best chances next season.

Thinking this too. Spurrier is the only coach in the SEC that can take Saban out of his gameplan in a game.

I think yall need to go with Thompson as the starter though.

South Carolina is my darkhorse pick for a NC contender.
