Invite Oklahoma to the SEC. They want to be here. They hate the Big Twat

Plus, Missouri could recruit some big sons from that barren land. Reestablish our Texas recruiting pipeline.

Don't think they'd come without OSU, unfortunately. I'd take them though.

I'd be willing to trade Missouri for them. Otherwise, no.

F them. No to Okie and Okie Light.

I thought I was for OU coming to the SEC, but on second thought, Frick them. We now hold a distinct recruiting advantage over them being in the SEC, and they will continue to struggle to recruit head to head against us. Plus, It really isn't A&M's place to decide who should be in the SEC or not. We have been here for less than a year...

Exactly and if they were invited they'd try to bring Tejas. We do NOT want Tejas.

That Oklahoma TV market is realllly appealing.
Any SEC expansion will be on the East coast where TV markets are worthwhile and Mizzou will flip to the West.

It's not wise to load a conference with nothing but powerhouses. Then you will truly have a conference that is nothing more than a meat-grinder for every team in it. No one will emerge unscathed.
As it is right now in the SEC West, the only "breaks" you get against weaker opponents are against Miss. State and Ole Miss and even they are getting better.
Adding another power team will also almost certainly lead to yet another downgrade in out of conference scheduling as teams struggle to find a break somewhere.

This conference doesn't need more football strength. How much more dominant do we need to be?

Although Oklahoma is certainly a better cultural fit for the SEC than Missouri, we were happy to add a cupcake that brought in TV markets only without upsetting the balance of power

I would like having OU and VT.. Two huge markets. However, the Big 12 would never let OU escape, considering they ARE the big 12..

If Oklahoma wanted in on the SEC, they should have attached themselves with Texas A&M when the conference expanded to 14. Now, it's too late. Sorry but you blew your opportunity, Oklahoma.

To me VT and say N.C. State are better options due to the TV markets they would garner. Missouri could then move to the West division and balance the conference.
