At LSU, the rewards are great and the pressure is high.

The expectations for our coaches are clearly defined and communicated.

The resources and support we give our programs, players, and coaches are extensive.

The fans will be and should be disappointed by bad performance.

Anyone involved in athletics at this level understands all of the above. In fact, they come to LSU for all of this.

LSU fans ARE hypercritical. But… so what?

Northern “elite” sportswriters are always so condescending and free with their insults.

She graduated from pedo-protecting Penn State, bastion of college athletics integrity.
The parallels… you can’t deny it. An oddly-shaped General returning from exile to his homeland, re-igniting a fanatical base of support. Panic ensues in the SEC, just as it did in 1815.

History repeating itself… and we are here to witness it.

Waterloo, schmaterloo. Let the man cook!
This “15 Point Plan” looks like a huge pile of shite to me without a complete transformation of the current regime into something completely different.

Leave ANY part of it intact and you will be fighting the same war again as soon as they are strong enough to renew hostilities. The current regime in Iran will view defeat as a temporary evil that they just need to ride out until they can fight again.

Screw that. And no, I’m not turning over enriched uranium to a multinational organization either. That uranium belongs under the US’s control.

I hate wars just as much as anyone… but when you get into it, you FINISH it. No ceasefires, no diplomatic pipe dreams. End it with the IRGC and the theocracy they support dead and buried. Nothing less.
Great choice. Excalibur and Star Trek (especially Wrath of Khan) were my favorites.
You did a great job… Black Templars are my favorite. It’s interesting to see your military modeling skills transfer over to Warhammer. It looks awesome. Your weathering is always top notch. Very impressed!

I had a Ford Escort that lasted more than 20 years and 300k miles. It got incredible gas mileage. By the time I was done with it, I think I had replaced nearly every moving part on it.

It’s an older clip… but still one of my favorites. The mouth on that kid… priceless!
That weird Dolphinesque helmet stripe (where the middle color is oversized) is an abomination. The Dolphins and Titans should both just go with the standard triple stripe.

I just don’t understand helmets with bizarre center stripes. They all look awful. Panthers, Broncos, you also look terrible.

The Seahawks, Kraken, and Mariners won’t be happy about this.

Kraken hang on to win over the Canes 2-1.

The cephalopods are currently a playoff team in the Pacific.

I think what the Kraken do… or don’t do… will be an interesting part of this year’s trade deadline story. They desperately need a single legitimate first line player. They have never had one on the team. Can they get one?

But the whole "who do you think was the better team" stuff is never a good look.

Exactly. I mean, it’s a good thing we actually play games, right?

What a ridiculous statement from one of the “faces” of the whole NHL.

But that was the annoying thing about the Canadian fans the whole time, crowing online about how we didn’t stand a chance against their lineup, etc. Surprised that even after the game he was still chewing that rat poison.
I remember watching it in my grandmother’s living room on her 19 inch console TV. The kind with the knobs you turned to change the channel.

Man… I would do anything to spend another day in her living room watching the Olympics. Time is brutal. But days like today last forever!
There’s not an awful lot I can say that hasn’t already been said… but I’m so proud of our country and the hockey team representing us.

What an achievement. And we all got to watch!
This is where someone like Clayton Keller could help you. He’s got a knack for finding the net in weird situations.
One more advantage for the USA… Canada will be scary at 3 on 3, but 5 on 5 isn’t really working. Maybe a change of scenery could help here?
Again… we have them where we want them. One goal away from winning it all. Take it!!
