Thank you god. Absolutely the dumbest tourney format I've ever seen.

So, if you're not a top 4 seed, do you make the trip to Hoover knowing that, it's no longer 2 and que, but possibly one and done?

Ya, we'll definitely be near or at the bottom of the barrel if last year's team is an indication. Maybe a slight improvement over last year.

Doesn't matter we will always shite ourselves in it

Would rather the whole thing be single elimination
Though do like us expanding the number of teams, that way the selection committee cant use the "you didn't even make your conference tourney" argument at a couple of SEC teams every year

So Alabama might actually make a trip to its "own" tournament? How I miss the days when we were winning it.

Bama needs 14 team tournament to feel a little easier about going.

Surely there is a more attractive minor league park than this in the SEC?!?
The Big 12 Tournament became a joke because the Okies stopped going when they couldn't dominate like they had in the Big 8. However empty it was though, Bricktown Ballpark was gorgeous.

Don't hate on the SEC tournament to you experience it. Best atmosphere this side of Omaha when you get LSU or Alabama or one of the Mississppi schools going against each other in Hoover.

I'll be there, and I am not hating anything. I just thought that the park wasn't very attractive. It looks like they had the misfortune of building it just a few years before retro ballparks caught on.
