Biggest back-in to the BCSCG: 2007 LSU or 2012 Alabama?

Everybody knows that 2007 LSU embarrassingly backed into the National Championship game as the only team ever to make it into the BCSCG with two losses .
What's seemingly being overlooked is that Alabama is only going to the BCSCG this season because undefeated Ohio State is banned from post-season play this year.
So, which is the bigger back-in? I have to go wtih 2007 LSU. I mean, you have to go all the way back to 1960 to find a 2-loss team that claimed an AP NC, and that is only because the #1 spot was awarded before bowl games when MN only had 1 loss. Plus, come on, LSU lost to Kentucky that year.
Thoughts?

will also consider 2011 Alabama for argument's sake, but I don't think that one rises to the level of 2007 LSU or 2012 Alabama.

This troll attempt would be MUCH better if you used 2011 alabama since they didn't win their conference or division. 2012 alabama did both of those.

You would have had better luck with 2011 Alabama. The amount of help we needed last year was much more than what we needed this year.
Still, shitty troll
ETA: WG_Dawg beat me to it.

I go with this on because they lost to UK (albeit on the road), and then Arkansas in the last game of the regular season.
Bama at least lost with a couple of weeks left to a top team.

The 2012 Bama situation happened in 2003, 2006, and 2008. OSU was out of the picture from jump this season, so I don't see the relevance of their undefeated season really.
LSU 07s only real competition in the back in category is 2001 Neb., 2003 OU and 2011 Bama. Though LSU had more losses, it could at least claim a conference championship in its year.
I'd say OU and Bama 11 were the most questionable entrants at the time they qualified for the game since there was a single obvious alternative challenger in both cases.

All Arkansas fans do is troll.
All day, every day.
P.S. Even though we "backed" into the championship in 2007, you know what's the difference between us and Arky? We can actually beat Ohio State.

we need to repeal all championships with regular season losses.
that includes
2011 Alabama
2008 Florida
2007 LSU
2006 Florida
1996 Florida, etc
oh wait, that means Florida has 0 national championship

Why was it embarrassing? We were the best team available.

LSU won their division and the overall SEC title in 2007. Bama did the same thing this year.
For a team that has been relegated to playing spoiler year in and year out in the SEC and national title races, Arky fans sure do talk a lot of smack.
Didn't UF lose to Ole Miss at home in one of their national title seasons? That's worse than LSU losing on the road to a UK team that was ranked in the top 10 at the time.

I agree winning the national championship was an embarrassment we should've given the trophy back because we had two losses. Amiright?

Or the way Arky backed into their only BCS game in school history, only to be thrashed by the lesser 2008 Buckeyes?
